Refund policy

  1. Service-based refunds: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service delivery. Full or partial refunds may be granted based on the nature and scope of the issue. Please allow 7–10 business days for refund processing.
  2. Project-based refunds: For larger projects, a refund may be provided for the portion of work not completed, minus any non-refundable deposit. Refunds will not be issued once project deliverables have been submitted or services fully rendered.
